Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING:

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery period will begin from the day of receipt in our bank account of the transfer corresponding to the payment of your order, or at the moment of receiving the bank receipt via email. In the case of cash on delivery or card payment, the delivery period will begin from the moment of completing the purchase. However, in some cases, due to the characteristics of some orders made with the cash on delivery option, confirmation of the order may be requested. We do not ship products outside of Europe (for now). Shipping outside of Europe will be available soon.

1.- Cured Products

Once we receive the payment for the purchase, the order is sent to the factory or warehouse. The shipment from the factory or warehouse is made the next day after its preparation (from Monday to Friday). For destinations within Spain (mainland), the delivery time is approximately 24 to 48 hours, for the rest of Spain the time is approximately 7 business days. For orders outside of Spain, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

*No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays.

All our products are shipped through a transportation company specialized in food products. The shipment includes an insurance that guarantees the delivery in optimal conditions.

For orders of cured products over 250€ with destination to mainland Spain, the shipping costs are free, for other cases the amount of the transport depends on the weight and the destination. They are automatically calculated in the shopping cart, after entering the delivery address.

CHANGES AND RETURNS:

Corta y Cata SL works to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and therefore provides various methods for returning the product in case you are not satisfied. Returns are possible within 30 days, only when the item is in poor condition, and you will be reimbursed the amount equal to the value of the returned product, with transportation costs covered by us once the item is verified in our facilities. The product will be picked up as soon as possible.

You have not received the order and wish to cancel or modify it:

1.- If your order has left our warehouse and, having no issues on our part, you no longer want your order, Corta y Cata may require compensation for the shipping costs incurred both ways.

2.- If your order has not started to be processed, you only need to inform us of your modification or cancellation and it will have no cost to you.

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly noticeable that there are damages or defects in the packaging or package that could have damaged the product contained, the client should not accept the delivery of the product.

If this event occurs, the client must indicate to the express transport company the reason for the rejection and notify Corta y Cata of the occurrence through the following email address: cortaycata@gmail.com

It is advisable to inform us of this situation as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem more quickly.

For cases of product returns, our transport company will take care of the collection and the new shipment, at no cost to you.
