At Corta Y Cata, we have been marketing all derivatives of the Iberian pig for over 15 years. It all started when one year, the price of pork dropped, prompting the owning family to slaughter their own livestock to make and sell their own products, a practice that continues to this day.

Thanks to this, we are still here, and we also have several points of sale, both in Huelva and in Sevilla, a 24-hour home delivery service throughout Spain and Europe, as well as an online store.

All our products are made in the Sierra de Huelva between Jabugo and Aracena, which guarantees our quality.
