Iberian jowl cured with salt for a suitable period of time in drying rooms and natural cellars. It is an essential element in our kitchens, not only to be eaten in thin slices like ham on toasted bread, but also to soften and enhance flavours in all our stews in a natural way. The weight of half a piece is approx.:800-0.900 gr.
