Morcón is similar to chorizo but differs in that it's stuffed into the large intestine of 100% Iberian pigs. Additionally, the meat used for making morcón is usually of higher quality than that used for making chorizos. Without a doubt, we're dealing with an original product with extremely high gastronomic value. 0.475-0.550kg (half pieces).
It comes vacuum-packed, cut into half pieces.
